Our Mission

The mission of the charity is to donate used-school supplies to students in developing countries to promote educational equality. The charity began in 2016 after a college service trip to Jamaica. We noticed the urgent need for basic school supplies in the classroom. The lack of basic school supplies prevented students from learning at a young age and often presented an unfair advantage from a global standpoint. We witnessed young students not be able to complete their work because they did not have a pencil to use in class. Our charitable efforts contribute to the educational equality every student deserves while attending school.

Sustainability

We aim to be a sustainable charity which re-uses school materials that are usually thrown away at the end of each school-year. We accept all used school supplies as donations to the charity. This includes pencils, erasers, pens, markers, highlighters, crayons, folders, binders, notebooks, loose-leaf paper, art paper, index cards, glue sticks, scissors, pencil sharpeners, rulers, protractors, and calculators. These are the foundational supplies that every student needs to be successful in school. We also accept new school supplies as donations, but our sustainability efforts encourage used supplies. We appreciate all donations!
